Visual Inspection
All products are checked for its cutting, shorts, patterns width, faults, remained copper, pin hole, mis-placements by using automatic optical inspector.
 

Flying Probe Testing
A flying probe test is available on both SMT and through-hole assembled printed circuit boards. The probe quickly goes and checks for any manufacturing defects. Being a fixture-less test machine, it is ideal for contacting leads of fine pitch SMT components.
 
 


 

Bare Board Electrical Testing
Electrical test is performed on a JIG. Mainly to cover the large quantities from the production line. Our team examines all of the completed PCBs for conductibility. The testing reports can be sent along with the PCBs to our customers per their request as we schedule for the freight shipment.

 

Impedance Control
After simulated the PCB boards, we re-check for its Impedance ratio in order to meet the required specifications that the end-users will have.
 

Reliability Testing
 All finished PCBs are tested for reliability and its functions. Also, those are subject to concerned testings on micro section for peeling strength and soldering attachment.
